Sauteed Prawns

1.5 Lbs   Fresh or Frozen Prawns (around 25-30 ish)
0.25 cup 60 ml   Olive Oil
3   Garlic Cloves
2 tbsp 30 ml   Lime Juice
0.25 cup 60 ml   Parsley, finely chopped
2   Jalapenos, diced
  Salt and Pepper

1. Peel and devine Prawns.

2. Heat oil in a large frying pan, mince garlic and add to pan. Add the Prawns, parsley, jalapenos and lime juice. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

3. Stir frequently over medium heat until prawns are pink and opaque--around 2-3 minutes.

4. Serve hot over rice or noodles.
