Sauteed Prawns

1. Peel and devine Prawns. 2. Heat oil in a large frying pan, mince garlic and add to pan. Add the Prawns, parsley, jalapenos and lime juice. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. 3. Stir frequently over medium heat until prawns are pink and opaque--around 2-3 minutes. 4. Serve hot over rice or noodles.
