Christmas Classic

2 cups   softened butter
0.5 cup   packed brown sugar
0.5 cup   fruit/berry/icing sugar
3 cups   all purpose flour
1 cup   rice flour
1. Preheat oven to 250F. Cream butters and sugars. Add flours and blend, first with a spoon, then with hands until smooth and satiny. Chill dough a few minutes if too soft to work with.

2. Turn out onto a lightly floured board and knead a few minutes. Pat or roll to 1/2 inch thickness. Cut into shapes and place on an ungreased cookie sheet or spread into a 7X7 lightly buttered pan. Bake about 35 minutes or until light brown.
