Simple Salsa

Giddy Up

1 can   Diced Tomatoes (high quality)
1   Jalapeno
0.5   White Onion
0.5   Red Bell Pepper
0.5 cup 125 ml   Cilantro
1   Lime
  Salt and Pepper
  Tortilla Chips
1. Cut jalapeno, onion, and bell pepper into smaller segments and tip into a food processor. Juice the lime, and add the juice to the food processor. Pulse the contents until the vegetables are in small diced pieces.

2. Add the tomatoes and cilantro, and dash with salt and pepper. Whirl for a couple seconds to get all the ingredients mixed together.

3. Transfer the salsa to a medium sized bowl and serve with tortilla chips. Ole.
