Spiced Lamb Chops

Elegant, cas supper.

6   Lamb chops, they are generally smaller so you will want a few
1.5 tbsp 25 ml   olive oil
1.3 cup 75 ml   curry powder
1.5 tbsp 25 ml   sea salt
2 strands   saffron
1 tbsp 15 ml   garam masala
1. Preheat oven to approx. 400*F/205*C. Mix saffron with small amount water until colour dissolves. Combine with spices and salt to make a powdery paste. Coat lamb chops.

2. Heat oil in skillet until hot. Add lamb chops, sauteeing until golden brown on both sides. About 4-5 minutes a side.

3. Transfer chops to roasting pan and place in preheated oven. Roast about 6-7 min. Serve piping hot.

A glass of wine and a decent rice pilaf alongside these, makes the ultimate seduction supper.
