Spring Salad

1. Wash lettuce. Tear into smaller pieces. Slice Avocado and Strawberries and add to bowl with lettuce. 2. Pre-heat oven to 375*F. Place pine nuts on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil. Bake for 5-10 minutes or until golden, shaking occasionally. Add to salad. 3. Whisk olive oil, red wine vinegar, maple syrup, mustard, garlic and dashes of salt and pepper together in a small container until all incorporated. 4. Lightly dress salad, toss and serve.
