Strawberry Ice Tea




Ingredients
2   Orange Pekoe tea bags
0.25 cup 60 ml   White Sugar
1.5 cup 375 ml   Strawberries
0.25 cup 60 ml   Lemon Juice
  Ice
 
1. Boil water and brew the tea, allowing it to seep for about 4-5 minutes. Pour into a large jug and stir in the sugar and a couple handfuls of ice. Finely slice strawberries, and stir into the ice tea once the tea has cooled.

2. Alternately serve with a shot of rum or vodka for a tropics iced tea.
