Swedish Sling




Ingredients
2 oz   Elderflower Syrup
3 oz   Sparkling Water
2 oz   Gin
  Mint
  Ice

 
1. Shake gin, elderflower syrup and ice together in a martini shaker until cold. Plonk into two cocktail glasses along with the sparkling water or soda, and add a couple torn mint leaves.

So called, because I first bought the Elderflower Syrup at Swedish heavyhitter Ikea...
