Sweet Brioche Pudding

1 cup 250 ml   Milk
1 tsp 0.5 ml   Vanilla
15   Stale Brioche buns
2 tbsp 30 ml   Brown Sugar
2   Egg Yolks
3   Eggs
1. Butter a large, round 8-inch baking dish and heat the oven to 325 F.

2. Cut the Brioche into slices (approximately 4-5 good chunky slices per bun) and layer into baking dish.

3. Whisk together the sugar, milk, vanilla and eggs until frothy and smooth. Pour the mixture evenly over the slices of Brioche.

4. Bake for 45 minutes, the pudding should be set and still moist. This would also be nice with almond extract, or some grated orange zest instead of the Vanilla.
