Tarragon Aioli

1. Mince garlic, and finely chop the tarragon leaves. Place in a small bowl, and add the mayonnaise, dijon, lemon zest and juice and mix together. Add a sprinkle of sea salt and fresh cracked black pepper to taste. 2. Amazing spread on chicken or roast beef sandwiches, or as a dip for fresh veggies or french fries.
