Tarragon Aioli

Liven up any Sandwich or French Fry

1.25 cup 310 ml   Mayonnaise
2 cloves   Garlic, minced
2 tbsp 30 ml   Tarragon leaves, diced
1 tsp 5 ml   Dijon Mustard
2 tsp 10 ml   Lemon zest
0.25 cup 60 ml   Lemon Juice
0.5 tsp 2 ml   Salt & Pepper
1. Mince garlic, and finely chop the tarragon leaves. Place in a small bowl, and add the mayonnaise, dijon, lemon zest and juice and mix together. Add a sprinkle of sea salt and fresh cracked black pepper to taste.

2. Amazing spread on chicken or roast beef sandwiches, or as a dip for fresh veggies or french fries.
