Turkey Curry with Peaches

Utterly unauthentic; utterly delicious

3 cups 750 ml   Turkey, cooked and diced
1 tbsp 15 ml   Butter
1   Green Pepper
2   Red Peppers
1 large   Onion
1 cup 250 ml   Water
3 cloves   Garlic
1.5 tbsp 20 ml   Curry Powder
1 tsp 5 ml   Cumin
1 tsp 5 ml   Garam Masala
2 tsp 10 ml   Chili Flakes
  Salt and Pepper
1 can   Peaches

1. Melt butter in a large frying pan. Add the turkey pieces, and minced onion and garlic. Stir until browning and fragrant.

2. Add the water, curry, cumin, garam masala, chili flakes and dashes of salt and pepper. Stir occasionally and bring to a light simmer. Meanwhile, chop peppers and onion into small-ish pieces, and mince the garlic.

3. Stir in the chopped peppers, onion and garlic. Cover the pan and let simmer for 20 or so minutes. Cut the canned peaches into small segments and add to the pan. Stir in, and let them simmer with the curry for a couple minutes. Serve curry over rice.
